With the pressure fr4om most of the people that have been looking for X-Gold And X-Tension, THQ has "said" that they will look into re-releasing X-Gold next year. (That would be in about 2 to three weeks or longer)
What just happens to be a coinsidence is that X2 is due to be released next year as well...but I believe it will be in the spring and not winter or the beginnuing of the new year.
There has been a rise in the "newbies" on the THQ X-BTF forum as or late and I'd like to say welcome (that is if they bother to come here that is)
Hopefully when THQ finally decides to start doing some advertising and the like, they will include the US and the UK in their plans. X2 is said to be an up and coming sequal that will out-do even X-BTF and XT by far with better graphics and interface as well as a new variety of ships.
XOL (X on line) is supposed to let the player design their own ships, a feature thats not on X2, so there will be something else to look forward to. ;)
